Cattleman’s Beef Board (Check-Off Program)
The Cattleman’s Beef Promotion and Research Board which is commonly known as the Cattleman’s Beef Board (CBB) consists of over 100 members, including domestic beef, dairy and veal producers, as well as importers of beef and beef products.
The Beef Board oversees the collections of $1 per head on all cattle sold in the US. and $1 per head equivalent on imported cattle, beef, and beef products.
